Fruit salad with persimmon
Wash and peel one apple, three persimmons, and one pomegranate. Cut the apple and persimmon into small cubes, add pomegranate seeds. Season the fruit with the juice of half a lemon and a teaspoon of natural honey. Stir the contents of the cup well. Garnish the salad with green mint leaves when serving.
Diet salad with persimmon

Vitamin salad with persimmon
To prepare the salad, you will need: one persimmon, one bell pepper in the amount of one piece and always red, half a bunch of salad, half a bunch of cilantro, one tablespoon of olive oil, natural honey, soy sauce, the juice of half a lemon. Cut the peeled persimmon into small pieces. Add finely chopped bell peppers, lettuce and cilantro to the persimmon. Season the vitamin dish with a mixture of olive oil, soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice.
Orange mood salad
Use the following ingredients to prepare the salad: two hundred grams of smoked red fish (salmon, trout), one boiled egg, one tablespoon of red caviar, seventy grams of cream cheese, one tablespoon of cream, lettuce leaves, one ripe persimmon, one tablespoon of lemon juice, a little ground ginger, salt.
Put lettuce leaves on a dish, pour over them with lemon juice. Put slices of smoked red fish, wedges of eggs, caviar on the salad one by one. Whisk the cream cheese with a blender, season with salt and a little ginger. Squeeze the cooked mixture out of the cooking syringe onto the salad.
