It is necessary

  • - soft cheese (camembert, feta) - 50 g;
  • - hard cheese - 50 g;
  • - classic yogurt - 150 g;
  • - ready-made puff pastry - 500 g;
  • - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • - salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • - ground black pepper - a pinch.

Instructions

Step 1

Cooking the filling. Beat soft cheese with 3 eggs, add yogurt, salt, pepper.

Step 2

Roll out the finished puff pastry to a thickness of about 0.5 cm. It is necessary to roll out two layers of dough corresponding to the size of the mold. Put one layer in a greased form with vegetable oil, form the sides.

Step 3

Place the filling on top of the dough and cover with a second layer of dough. Press the edges well. Make a few cuts in the top layer to allow steam to escape.

Step 4

Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and combine with the egg. Beat with a mixer.

Step 5

Brush the top with the cheese and egg mixture. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 220 degrees, covered with foil. Cut the finished pie into portions, garnish with fresh herbs. The cheese pie is ready! Bon Appetit!
