Separate the whites from the yolks.

Beat the whites until a thick foam appears.

Continue whisking whites, slowly adding sugar and vanilla sugar, until a persistent foam forms.

Set mixer to minimum speed. Add the yolks one at a time. Do not beat, just stir.

Slowly pour in vegetable oil without turning off the mixer.

Sift flour and baking powder into the dough. Stir gently with a spatula so that the dough does not settle.

Pour the dough into a baking dish. Put the berries on top, drown them in the dough. Bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees.
