This dish is a great alternative to the usual sausages. By changing the filling of the roll, you can again and again surprise your guests with a new dish. Meat loaf "Gourmet's Joy" can be served both on an everyday table and on a festive one.
It is necessary
- - 50 g of wheat bread;
- - 300 g minced meat;
- - 1 chicken egg;
- - 100 g of bacon;
- - 150 g of champignons;
- - 80 g of onions;
- - add ground black pepper, salt to taste;
- - 1 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Place the pulp of the bread in a bowl of water. When it softens, drain the water and squeeze the bread.
Step 2
Beat the egg with a fork or whisk. Bread, egg, minced meat, salt and pepper, mix well.
Step 3
Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry finely chopped onions in it for several minutes.
Step 4
Chop the mushrooms and transfer to the onion. Add salt and pepper, fry the onion-mushroom mass for about 7 minutes more.
Step 5
Cut the bacon into long thin strips. Spread the strips of bacon tightly on the foil so that there are no gaps.
Step 6
Put the minced meat on the resulting bacon layer, then the onion-mushroom filling, and roll all the ingredients into a roll.
Step 7
Wrap the roll with foil and send to the oven at 180 C for 45-50 minutes. After this time, open the foil and, increasing the temperature to 200 C, leave the roll in the oven to form a crust for another 10 minutes.
