It is necessary

  • - pepper - to taste;
  • - salt - to taste;
  • - greens (lettuce, a bunch of parsley, dill);
  • - mayonnaise - 100 g;
  • - chicken eggs - 2 pcs;
  • - green peas - 150 g;
  • - sweet red pepper - 1 pc.;
  • - white cabbage - 300 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Remove all seeds from bell peppers, rinse in water and cut into thin strips with a knife. Chop the cabbage into a deep bowl, salt and remember it with your hands.

Step 2

Place the eggs in a medium saucepan. Cover with water and put on fire. Bring to a boil and wait for 10 minutes. Then fill with cold water, take out the eggs and peel off the shells.

Step 3

Add boiled, finely chopped eggs, green peas, chopped red peppers and parsley to the cabbage.

Step 4

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, pepper and salt to taste. Now it must be properly prepared for serving.
