Cauliflower is a storehouse of valuable trace elements and vitamins. Eating this vegetable at least twice a week will not only improve your overall health, but you will also be able to stay in good physical shape. This cauliflower recipe is unusual in taste, as it is made in an oriental style.

Step 1
You should first prepare the cauliflower. To do this, take a head of cabbage, inspect it from all sides for visible dirt. Rinse the cabbage under cool water, and then divide into small inflorescences.

Boil all the buds in a little salted water until tender. Place in a deep bowl to cool. Pour lemon juice over the top and stir. Leave the cabbage to soak for a while.

In parallel, slice the mushroom caps thinly and place in a preheated pan. Fry until a pleasant smell appears, then add finely chopped onions to the pan. Saute the mushrooms and onions until cooked through. Place the mixture in a separate bowl.

Pour fresh sesame seeds into a separate dry frying pan and, stirring gradually, brown for about 3-5 minutes. Add the garlic oil, sesame oil, and sliced ginger to the same skillet. Heat slightly. Make sure that the oil does not start burning.
Step 5
Pour hot dressing over boiled cabbage, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and then stir thoroughly. Place in a warm place to soak. You can serve the appetizer as an independent dish. The cabbage prepared according to this recipe is tasty and cold.
