Cauliflower is very healthy and should be included in your diet. However, most people are not very fond of cauliflower dishes. But cabbage prepared according to this recipe will leave few people indifferent.
Ingredients:
- ½ a head of cauliflower;
- 3 ripe tomatoes;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- 1 medium zucchini;
- 4-5 tablespoons of sour cream;
- parmesan (grated);
- salt and spices to taste.
Preparation:
- The first step is to prepare the cauliflower. To do this, it is disassembled into inflorescences, and then everything is put in a saucepan. Water is poured into the container and placed on a hot stove. After boiling, the fire slows down. When the vegetables are completely cooked, remove the saucepan from the heat.
- While the cabbage is cooking, you need to peel the garlic cloves, wash them and cut them into thin slices. Next, they need to be laid out in a hot frying pan, into which you must first pour in quite a bit of vegetable oil.
- The zucchini should also be washed and cut into medium sized cubes. Then the chopped zucchini is salted and mixed well. This vegetable is added to the garlic skillet after the garlic is golden brown. Place a lid on the skillet and reduce heat to almost low.
- Tomatoes are also pre-washed in running water and cut into thin slices. They go to zucchini, and dried basil is also added there. Then the vegetables are thoroughly mixed and the pan must be covered with a lid again.
- The contents of the pan should be stewed for another 5 minutes. Prepared cauliflower should be added to the stewed vegetables only after the zucchini has become very soft.
- In order to prepare the filling, you need to mix sour cream with paprika, Provencal herbs and dried garlic (you can use other seasonings at your discretion). The resulting creamy sauce must be poured into a skillet.
- After all the ingredients have been thoroughly mixed, the pan can be removed from the stove. But you should not remove the lid right away, but let the dish infuse for 5-10 minutes. When serving, it is recommended to decorate the finished dish with herbs and sprinkle with parmesan, which was previously chopped with a grater.
