This unusual meat dish goes well with any side dish and goes well with any wine.
It is necessary
- - pork (200 g);
- - ostrich liver (200 g);
- - onion (2 onions);
- - dry red wine (200 g);
- - wheat flour (100 g);
- - vegetable oil (2 tablespoons);
- - olive oil (4 tablespoons);
- - black pepper (1/3 tsp);
- - pickled mushrooms (100 g);
- - fresh herbs.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the ostrich liver well and cut into small cubes, with a side of about 1.5 cm. Soak in wine.
Step 2
Cut the pork into larger cubes (2-3 cm side) and fry in a skillet. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown on all sides.
Step 3
Prepare a container for baking dishes in the oven: brush the bottom with olive oil. Transfer the meat from the frying pan to the container.
Step 4
Fry chopped onions in a pan with vegetable oil until golden brown. Add flour, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil and black pepper. Stir well.
Step 5
Put the liver soaked in wine into a baking dish and pour over everything with sauce from a frying pan. Cover and place in the oven for half an hour.
Step 6
Cut the cooled dish into slices and garnish with herbs and pickled mushrooms.
