This wonderful, light puree soup or cream soup is delicious not only for adults, but also for children. This is a storehouse of vitamins. All the most useful is collected in this recipe. This dish is simply irreplaceable for a children's lunch.
It is necessary
- - 1 chicken carcass;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 head of onion;
- - olive oil;
- - 1 tbsp. flour;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 1 tsp nutmeg;
- - low-fat cream;
- - 100 g broccoli;
- - 3 cubes of chicken broth ("Maggi");
- - 80 g of hard cheese.
Instructions
Step 1
Coarsely chop the onion, fry in oil in a saucepan.
Step 2
Separate the chicken fillet from the bones.
Step 3
Add chicken bones to onions, as well as coarsely chopped carrots. Mix everything and fry.
Step 4
Boil broccoli for 10 minutes, pre-salt the water. After draining the water, let cool the vegetables. Then chop finely.
Step 5
Grate the cheese. Stir in chopped chicken, grated cheese, egg, flour, nutmeg and roll into small balls. Deep-fry and place on a paper towel or napkin to remove excess oil.
Step 6
Add Maggi broth to a saucepan with onions, carrots and chicken. Boil for a couple of minutes.
Step 7
Then strain the broth through cheesecloth and add flour to thicken the soup. Then add low-fat cream and butter, mix.
Step 8
Pass through a blender and bring to a homogeneous cream mass.
