Cucumbers in a spicy marinade are a traditional Chinese snack. She can be called a champion in culinary minimalism. Anyone can cook such cucumbers. It is better to buy cucumbers with small seeds and thin skin. Traditional summer cucumbers in sesame-vinegar marinade will simply fall apart into components - seeds separately, "vegetable meat" separately.
It is necessary
- For six servings:
- - 50 ml of black rice vinegar;
- - 50 ml of sesame oil;
- - 2 cucumbers;
- - 1 chili pepper;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse cucumbers, peel, cut into equal cubes. The length of the bars should not exceed 7 cm, otherwise it will be difficult to grab them with chopsticks, and this snack is eaten with them.
Step 2
Mix sesame oil with black vinegar, add soy sauce, stir.
Step 3
Continue cooking the marinade: cut the chili peppers into thin rings, add to the marinade. Stir all ingredients.
Step 4
Now pour the prepared cucumber cubes with marinade, let them brew for a couple of minutes. After that, you can serve the cucumbers to the table.
