  • - wine or apple cider vinegar (30 ml);
  • - vegetable oil (45 ml).

Instructions

Step 1

Take pork, rinse under cold water and cut into pieces. If you chose entrecotes, then just cut along the bone. It is important that there is a layer of bacon on every piece of meat. This will make the shish kebab juicier.

Step 2

Put all the spices and coarse salt in a mortar. Take a special wooden pestle and crush it into small crumbs. Another option is to grind the spices with a blender.

Put the meat in a deep bowl, sprinkling each layer with a spicy mixture. Let it brew a little. Next, pour the required amount of vinegar and soy sauce into one container. Stir. Please note that soy sauce is salty. Therefore, be sure to try the marinade after adding it to the meat.

Chop the onion and garlic and mash it well with your hands to make the juice stand out. Then add to the meat and stir well again. Leave to infuse for 4-6 hours.
