Step 1

It is necessary to pre-process vegetables. To do this, take each zucchini and rinse thoroughly from all sides, removing all dirt. For the recipe, it is better to take young zucchini, since the skin will be more tender and easy to bake. Cut each zucchini on both sides, and then divide it in half.

On top of the vegetable should be a little salt and pepper to taste. Prepare a separate sauce in which the zucchini will be baked. Take a deep cup, squeeze out the lemon juice with a juicer, add soy sauce and vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly with a whisk.

Cut the garlic cloves into thin slices. Take the courgette and make small cuts in the surface with a sharp knife. Place a plate of garlic in these holes. Next, put the vegetable on a baking sheet, pour generously with the prepared sauce.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater and pour the zucchini on top. It is necessary to bake the dish in the oven at a temperature of 150-170 degrees for 30-40 minutes. The dish is considered ready if, when pierced with a knife, the zucchini becomes soft.

After cooking, place the finished dish on a flat plate and cut into portions. Soy marinated zucchini are great as a side dish for meat or fish, and are also a hearty dish on their own.
