Veal makes a very aromatic and satisfying shish kebab. Already a few pieces of such a shish kebab can be filled to your fill. Veal kebab will turn out to be special if you prepare a spicy-sweet marinade.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of veal;
- - 200 ml of dry white wine;
- - 150 g of rice;
- - 50 g of dried apricots, seedless raisins;
- - 50 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 30 g of sugar;
- - 3 carnations;
- - 5 g of ground cinnamon;
- - 3 g of cumin;
- - pepper, salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the veal, remove the films, cut into small pieces, place in an enamel bowl. Rinse raisins and dried apricots.
Step 2
Heat dry wine in a saucepan, add raisins, chopped dried apricots, sugar, cloves, caraway seeds, cinnamon, salt and pepper to it. Pour the meat with the resulting marinade, stand for four hours.
Step 3
Rinse the rice, steam in salted water, fold into a sieve. String the pieces of veal on skewers, fry over coals.
Step 4
Pour the remaining marinade into a saucepan and heat over low heat until thickened.
Step 5
Pour the prepared kebab with the resulting sauce, garnish with boiled rice. Bon Appetit!
