Kebab is a dish that has many variations. It is made from meat, chicken, minced meat and even fish. Due to the fact that in this version of the well-known dish, different types of meat are used, the taste of the kebab is very interesting. You can cook kebab both at home and outdoors.

Kebab Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 250 g of pork pulp;
  • 250 g veal kidney;
  • 6 slices of bacon;
  • 2 milk sausages;
  • 1 onion (large);
  • 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil.
  • ground black pepper.

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • 1 medium onion;
  • 3 small peppers;
  • 200 g of fresh mushrooms;
  • 200 g heavy cream;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
  • ground black pepper;
  • salt;
  • soy sauce.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the pork into 8-12 short and thick slices.
  2. Clean the kidneys and soak them in cold water for 3-4 hours. Cut into 12 pieces.
  3. Halve the bacon and roll the slices around the chopped buds.
  4. 4. Cut the sausages into short circles about 2-3 cm long.
  5. Peel and chop the onion into 4 pieces. Divide into layers.
  6. Grease 4 skewers with vegetable oil. String pork, kidneys and sausages on skewers one after another. Each piece of meat must be lined with a slice of onion. Season with salt and pepper. Brush with a little sunflower oil.
  7. Preheat the grill. Prepare the sauce. To do this, finely chop the onion and cut the pepper into thin rings. Chop the mushrooms.
  8. Melt the butter in a small skillet. Fry chopped onions, peppers and mushrooms in oil over low heat. It is important to avoid discoloration of the roast. Then add the cream to the mixture to be fried and cook until all the aromas are absorbed. Season with salt and pepper, add soy sauce to taste.
  9. Place the kebab on the grill. It must be rotated once. The main thing is not to overcook, otherwise the meat will be too tough and overdried.
  10. Pour sauce into deep dinner bowls, top with hot kebab.

Serving kebabs is best with sour cream; boiled potatoes or rice, as well as fresh vegetables can be used as a side dish.
