This Hungarian dish is very simple to prepare. It turns out to be a beautiful appetizer for any table. Only chicken fillet is required to take chilled, frozen meat is most often not so tender.
It is necessary
- - 600 g chicken fillet;
- - 300 g of canned peaches;
- - 200 g of red grapes;
- - 200 g of mayonnaise;
- - 100 ml of dry white wine;
- - 100 ml cream 35% fat;
- - 1 head of lettuce;
- - 3 boiled eggs;
- - pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil chicken eggs, cool under running cold water, peel. Boil the chicken fillet until tender, cool, cut into cubes. Cut eggs and canned peaches into cubes too.
Step 2
Rinse red grapes, dry, separate from the branches. Cut each berry in half, remove the seeds. If you bought a seedless grape variety, then you can add the berries to the cocktail whole. Rinse lettuce, dry, disassemble into leaves.
Step 3
Take the cream, whip into a foam, mix with dry wine and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. You can add seasonings of your choice, although the appetizer is already original due to wine and grapes.
Step 4
Place the lettuce leaves on a beautiful serving platter. In a deep bowl, combine the chicken pieces, peaches, grapes and eggs. Pour the mixture of ingredients with the creamy mayonnaise mixture, mix thoroughly. Spread the shashad chicken cocktail over the lettuce leaves. Such an appetizer can be prepared in portions, serving it on small plates, the same serving option is suitable for a large festive table.
