The pepper and peach salad is quite unusual - it combines seemingly incompatible ingredients. There are peaches, bell peppers, fried suluguni cheese, and even mint. But the main thing is to try this salad to be convinced of its unusual, but excellent taste.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 3 peaches;
- - 3 sweet peppers;
- - 200 g of suluguni cheese;
- - 60 ml of olive oil;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice;
- - 1 st. a spoonful of dill, parsley, fresh mint;
- - black pepper, salt, sumac.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the peppers, dry them and pour them with olive oil, dip them in salt, bake them in the oven for about 10 minutes. Remove the charred skin from the peppers, and cut the pulp into strips.
Step 2
Rinse peaches, wipe dry. Cut the peaches in half and remove the seeds. Cut into large wedges. Place in a large salad bowl, add fresh lemon juice, some olive oil, stir. Leave the peaches to marinate for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Chop the parsley with dill, tear off the leaves from the mint, cut them. Remove the skins and seeds from the baked peppers and chop coarsely.
Step 4
Fry the peaches in oil until golden brown. Cut the cheese into large cubes.
Step 5
Put peaches in a salad bowl, mix with pepper, add chopped herbs, a spoonful of olive oil and sumac seasoning. Season the salad to taste.
Step 6
Fry the cheese cubes, put them on top of the salad. Sprinkle the prepared original salad with sumac, serve immediately.
