  • - 400 g of tomatoes;
  • - 80 ml of vegetable oil;
  • - 800 g of minced chicken;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 5 cloves of garlic;
  • - 2 chili peppers;
  • - 300 g of cheddar cheese;
  • - 5 pieces. tortillas;
  • - salt, cilantro, sugar, black pepper, ground chili pepper, oregano, smoke.

Step 1

Let's start by making the sauce. Peel the garlic and onion, chop finely. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper, chop it too.

Pour oil into a frying pan, fry the prepared ingredients. Then add the tomatoes in their own juice, salt, sugar, black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. So we got a hot sauce.

In another skillet, fry the minced chicken in oil, add salt, red pepper, cilantro, cumin and oregano to taste. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Grate the cheddar cheese. Turn on the preheat oven to 180 degrees.
