Now is the time for summer cottage work. You need to plant potatoes, dig a garden. In the country, there is not always time to cook. Therefore, I try to cook most of the food at home. And in nature, all that remains is to prepare the dish for serving. I am sharing a recipe for a quick and tasty salad.

It is necessary

  • - 1 large cold smoked mackerel,
  • - 3 stalks of celery,
  • - 2 apples (preferably Antonovka),
  • - 1 grapefruit,
  • - 100 g of cheese,
  • - 1 bunch of lettuce.
  • For refueling:
  • - 1 boiled yolk,
  • - 1 tbsp. l. mustard,
  • - 2 cloves of garlic,
  • - 3 tbsp. l. sour cream,
  • - 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • - salt,
  • - pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Free the smoked fish from skin and bones, cut into small cubes. Cut the celery across into rings. Peel the apples (Antonovka), remove the middle, cut into thin slices. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 2

Now we are preparing the gas station. To do this, we need to grind the yolk with mustard and sour cream. Add crushed garlic and lemon juice.

Step 3

Before serving, peel the grapefruit, remove all films, divide into pieces by hand. Add it to the salad. Pour the dressing there and mix everything gently. Put everything on lettuce leaves, salt and pepper.
