This is a very simple and quick enough recipe for an enjoyable family dinner. Serve the pork tenderloin with mashed potatoes or boiled rice.
It is necessary
- - ½ kg of pork tenderloin,
- - 2 tbsp. sweet paprika
- - 1 onion,
- - 3 cloves of garlic,
- - 400 g of tomatoes in their own juice,
- - 400 g of champignons,
- - thyme,
- - 100 ml chicken broth,
- - sour cream,
- - pepper and salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Chop the onion finely.
Step 2
Cut the meat into small cubes and place in a bowl. Add pepper, salt and 1 tbsp. paprika. Mix everything.
Step 3
Fry the meat in 2 passes over high heat, stirring occasionally, until brown crust, about 3-5 minutes per 1 batch.
Step 4
Then transfer the meat to a plate.
Step 5
Add 1 tablespoon to the saucepan. sunflower oil. Throw in the mushrooms and fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Then put them on a plate.
Step 6
Place the onion in a skillet and fry, stirring frequently, until transparent, about 3 minutes. Then add the garlic, thyme and 1 tbsp. paprika and fry for another 2 minutes.
Step 7
Spoon the tomatoes, crushed with the juice, and the chicken stock into a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer over high heat for 5-8 minutes.
Step 8
Return the meat and mushrooms to the saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes, until meat is tender.
Step 9
Turn off the heat and add sour cream to the saucepan.
