An original recipe that organically combines pork, chicken and raspberries. Suitable for a festive dinner or a special occasion.
It is necessary
- - 500 gr. pork;
- - 500 gr. quinoa fillet;
- - 1 tbsp. raspberries (frozen);
- - 1 tsp flour;
- - 1 tablespoon of sugar;
- - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice;
- - salt and pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the pork into portions, then beat on 2 sides. Drizzle with lemon juice, rub with salt and seasoning.
Step 2
Cut the chicken fillet into narrow strips.
Step 3
In the previously beaten pork, make small slots into which to thread strips of chicken meat to make a weaving like a "basket".
Step 4
Bake "braids" in the oven on a greased baking sheet at 200-300 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Step 5
Prepare the sauce. To do this, grind raspberries in a blender with sugar, boil for 5 minutes and rub through a sieve. Add flour, boil.
Step 6
Place braided chops on a plate and drizzle with raspberry sauce.
