Tartlets are small baskets that are filled with various fillings. There are two types - hard and soft, similar to waffles. You can make the baskets yourself, but it is perfectly acceptable to purchase them at the nearest supermarket.
Festive Cheese Baskets
To prepare them you will need:
- crab sticks 250-300 g;
- cream cheese - 100 g;
- pickled cucumber - 1 pc;
- dill greens - 3-4 branches.
Defrost the crab sticks, remove the cellophane wrapper and cut into small cubes. Cut the cucumber (can be peeled) into small pieces, finely chop the washed dill. Put the chopped ingredients in a bowl, add soft cream cheese and knead thoroughly. Fill the tartlets with the resulting mass, decorate with twigs and leaves of greenery if desired.
Tartlets stuffed with crab sticks and eggs
To prepare the filling we need:
- crab sticks - 100 g;
- egg - 1 piece;
- mayonnaise - 1 tsp;
- sour cream - 1 tsp
Cook eggs hard-boiled, cool, peel and chop into small pieces. Defrost crab sticks and finely chop. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise (in a 1: 1 ratio) in a bowl and pour the chopped ingredients to them, mix until smooth. Stuff the tartlets with the finished filling, cool and serve.
