Chocolate almond cake with plums is a great dessert for tea. It turns out to be moderately sweet, only it is better to take more plums - they will not spoil the baked goods. This cake is being prepared in a rectangular shape.

It is necessary

  • - 280 g flour;
  • - 160 g of sugar;
  • - 160 g of dark chocolate;
  • - 160 ml of milk;
  • - 100 g of chopped almonds;
  • - 10 plums;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of cocoa, powdered sugar;
  • - a pinch of salt, vanillin.

Instructions

Step 1

Melt the chocolate in the microwave, add the butter, stir and let cool. Beat eggs with sugar into cream, then add chocolate and butter to the egg mass, mix, pour in milk. Add flour with a pinch of salt to the mixture, add cocoa powder. Add almond flour, it can be replaced with ground almonds. If the dough is too thick, add a little more milk and beat. In terms of consistency, your dough should resemble thick sour cream.

Step 2

Coat the rectangular shape with butter, sprinkle with flour or cocoa powder. Pour the dough into a mold. Rinse the plums, cut each in half, remove the seeds from the plums. Then cut each half in half. Place the prepared plums quarters on top of the dough. Do not feel sorry for the plums, if you have small ones, then take more than 10 pieces.

Step 3

Place the baking dish in the oven, bake at 180 degrees for about 60 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden stick: dry - then the cake is ready, if not, and the top is fried at the same time, cover the top with foil and bake the cake until tender.

Step 4

Remove the finished chocolate almond cake with plums from the mold, cool completely, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into portions, serve with tea.
