This cupcake is a sweet tooth's dream. It is prepared with aromatic chocolate, juicy cherries and lots of almonds. Everyone will want to pamper themselves with a slice of this dessert.
It is necessary
- - 200 g of butter and a little more for the form;
- - 140 g pitted cherries;
- - 140 g flour;
- - 200 g of icing sugar;
- - 3 eggs;
- - a teaspoon of baking powder;
- - 75 g of ground almonds;
- - a teaspoon of vanilla and almond extract;
- - 2 spoons of milk;
- - 200 g of dark or milk chocolate;
- - 2-3 tablespoons of almond flakes for garnish.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 160C. Grease the cake pan with butter and cover it with baking paper.
Step 2
Cut the cherries into halves, mix with one spoonful of flour, set aside.
Step 3
Put butter at room temperature in a bowl, beat with sugar until creamy. We drive in eggs one by one. Add flour, baking powder and ground almonds to the bowl, mix. Pour in milk, vanilla and almond extract. Add chocolate, previously chopped into small pieces, mix thoroughly again.
Step 4
We spread half of the dough in a mold and distribute half of the cherry fruits over it. Pour in the rest of the dough, level and spread the remaining berries. We bake for 60-70 minutes, check the readiness with a wooden skewer or toothpick.
Step 5
Let the cake cool in the form for 10 minutes, transfer to the wire rack, decorate with almond flakes and, if desired, melted chocolate.
