A delicious salad of shrimp, fresh mushrooms, vegetables and herbs will delight all seafood lovers. Thanks to the excellent combination of ingredients, the salad is very healthy and low in calories. The specified amount of food is enough for 3 servings.
It is necessary
- - shrimp - 300 g;
- - champignons - 200 g;
- - cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
- - cherry tomatoes - 5 pcs.;
- - iceberg or romano lettuce leaves - 50 g;
- - chervil (greens) - 20 g;
- - green onions - 20 g;
- - olive oil - 50 ml;
- - sesame oil - 1 tsp;
- - wine vinegar - 1 tsp;
- - lemon - 1 pc.;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp;
- - ground white pepper - 0.5 tsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Clean the champignons from dirt, rinse well with water. Dry a little and cut into medium cubes. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. Pour lemon juice over the chopped mushrooms, salt and pepper. Leave it on for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Boil the shrimps in salted water (3-4 minutes), cool, peel off the shell. Cut each shrimp into 3-4 pieces. Pour with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Preparing vegetables. Rinse cucumbers with water, peel, remove seeds. Cut into large cubes. Cut each cherry tomato into 4 pieces. Finely chop the onion and chervil. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands.
Step 4
Dressing preparation. Mix olive oil with sesame oil, add wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Whisk the mixture.
Step 5
Combine mushrooms, shrimps, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, chervil. Mix gently. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve immediately. The dish is ready.
