An interesting vegetarian dish with a rich taste and unique aroma, very easy to prepare and affordable.

- - 430 g canned beans in tomato;

- - 50 ml sour cream.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onions, rinse and chop finely, then fry in vegetable oil for 12 minutes. Wash carrots, peel, grate on a medium-sized grater. Add to the onion and continue to fry for a few more minutes.
Step 2
Then put the canned beans from the jar in a pan with onions and carrots and continue to simmer all together for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Finely chop fresh cabbage and put in a saucepan with salted boiling water.
Step 4
Rinse the potatoes, peel, cut into small pieces, add to the saucepan to the cabbage. Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly and put them in a saucepan, cook everything for 25 minutes.
Step 5
Cut the olives into halves, cut the lemon into thin slices, rinse the greens under running water and chop.
Step 6
Add olives, fry with beans, lemon to a saucepan with cabbage and potatoes. Cook for about 5 more minutes.
Step 7
After that, remove the soup from the heat and let it brew for about 15 minutes. Serve with herbs and sour cream.
