  • - 3 cloves of garlic
  • - 1 bunch of parsley

  • - 100 g of hard cheese

Instructions

Step 1

First, grate the onion and garlic to make a porridge-like mass. Chop the parsley.

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and put chicken breasts, onion-garlic mixture on top, pepper, salt to taste. Add parsley, bay leaf, add some water and put on fire.

Simmer until the onion is completely smooth. Add water to completely cover the contents in the skillet. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes. Remember to release all the steam before opening the lid.

Cool the chicken and tear it into fibers. Grate the cheese and place it on top of the chicken; you can add olives if you like.

Beat the egg with a whisk, salt to taste and stir everything thoroughly, pour into a baking dish. Spread evenly over the surface and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 45-50 minutes.
