Pumpkin makes not only delicious pies, but also delicious soups. Cold pumpkin soup with beef is a good lunch in the summer, when you don't feel like eating anything hot or heavy.

Step 1
Place the lean beef in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil. Pour water, pour fresh water, bring to a boil again, add lavrushka, half of the onion (as a whole), allspice. Simmer for an hour over medium heat.

Peel potatoes, pumpkin and zucchini, cut into large, even cubes.
Step 3
When the meat is tender, remove it, boil the vegetables in the broth. After 15 minutes, add green peas, after 5 minutes, salt and pepper the soup to taste. Remove from the stove, cool.
