A light appetizer of young zucchini, soft cheese and pepper, perfect for the hot season. The appetizer is easy to prepare and very original. The indicated amount of food is enough for 5 servings.
It is necessary
- - young zucchini - 3 pcs.;
- - honey - 2 tsp;
- - chervil greens - 20 g;
- - vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.;
- - soft cream cheese - 100 g;
- - sour cream 15% - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - lemon - 1 pc.;
- - sweet red pepper - 1 pc.;
- - salt - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking the marinade. Wash the lemon with water, remove a thin layer (1 teaspoon), squeeze the juice out of the pulp (1 tablespoon). Chop the chervil finely. Combine vegetable oil, honey, zest and lemon juice, chopped chervil (1 teaspoon). Stir. The marinade is ready.
Step 2
Wash the zucchini thoroughly, dry, cut lengthwise into thin slices (2-3 millimeters thick). Remove the stalk and seeds from sweet pepper, cut into long cubes. Put the zucchini and peppers in a ceramic bowl, cover the vegetables with the prepared marinade, refrigerate for 1 hour. Stir vegetables occasionally.
Step 3
Add the remaining herbs, lemon juice (1 tablespoon) and sour cream to soft cheese, salt. Whisk the mixture until a smooth cream is obtained.
Step 4
Dry the pickled vegetables a little, brush the zucchini plates with cheese cream, put a block of pepper on the edge of the plate with a steal, roll the rolls. Secure the rolls with skewers. The dish is ready.
