Juicy zucchini rolls, chicken fillets, cottage cheese and hard cheese are a very healthy, satisfying and beautiful appetizer that will decorate any table. Moreover, this method of making rolls very well preserves the tenderness of the fillet and the usefulness of cottage cheese, which is important in itself.
Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchini;
- 1 chicken fillet (weighing 0.3-0.4 kg);
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1 tbsp. l. (with a slide) cottage cheese;
- 50 g of hard cheese;
- 2 tbsp. l. sour cream;
- 1 tbsp. l. chopped dill or parsley;
- olive oil;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
- Wash the courgettes well and cut into long 5 mm thick slices.
- Cover the baking sheet with food paper. Lubricate the zucchini plates with plenty of oil, put on paper and salt. Send for 5 minutes in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
- Wash the meat and cut into long strips. Beat each strip with a hammer, sprinkle with salt and pepper, put on a plate and leave to soak in spices for 5-10 minutes.
- Put the cottage cheese in a bowl. Add sour cream, salt, pepper, chopped garlic and finely chopped greens there. Mix everything until smooth.
- Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
- Remove the baked zucchini plates from the oven, transfer to a plank and cool.
- Put a broken strip of meat on each strip of zucchini.
- Spread the meat with curd sauce, and sprinkle the sauce with hard cheese.
- Twist tight rolls with your hands and fix them with toothpicks.
- Sprinkle all formed zucchini rolls with chicken and cheese with butter and transfer to a baking sheet sent with edible paper.
- Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour.
- Remove the baked rolls from the oven, transfer to a dish, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve.
- Note that such rolls can be served with sour cream and garlic sauce. To prepare it, you need to take sour cream, 1 clove of garlic, a handful of bell pepper cubes, chopped herbs, pepper and salt to taste. Combine all the ingredients in one container, mix, insist a little and serve along with the rolls.
