A simple salad with an unusual name "Fiesta" diversifies the everyday menu. A little imagination when serving, and the salad will adorn any festive table. A lifesaver for hostesses.

- -200 grams of pickled mushrooms,
- -200 grams of canned pineapples,
- -1 onion (you can have more - to taste),
- -1-2 fresh cucumbers - to taste,
- -5 Art. tablespoons of mayonnaise,

- - a little ground black pepper.

Step 1
For the salad, we need chicken meat, which is better to bake. To do this, wash the fillets, dry them, season with salt, pepper (you can add a little paprika) and your favorite spices. Wrap in foil and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Do not overdry the meat when baking. If you do not want to bother with baking, then the fillet can be boiled.
Step 2
Cool the finished chicken meat and cut into small pieces. We cut the mushrooms in the same way as the meat. Cut the onion into small cubes and mix with mushrooms and fry. Remove the skin from the cucumber and cut into cubes.
Step 3
Cook eggs for about 15 minutes. Cool in cold water, peel, separate the whites from the yolks. Cut the proteins into cubes, leave the yolk to decorate the salad.
Step 4
The salad can be formed in portions or made on one plate - to taste.
Lay out in layers.
Put chicken meat in the first layer, tamp it well and grease it with mayonnaise. No need to grease with a thick layer, the less mayonnaise, the better.
The second layer is protein, which is also greased with a small amount of mayonnaise.
Canned pineapples, cut to taste, are the third layer; you do not need to grease with mayonnaise.
The fourth layer of cucumbers, grease with mayonnaise.
Put the fried mushrooms and onions in the fifth layer, grease with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle the salad with grated egg yolk. It can be served, but it is better to leave the salad for 15 minutes. Decorate with fresh herbs (parsley or dill) if desired.
