Step 1
The first step is to wash the peppers and tomatoes, then bake them in the oven. To do this, cut each tomato into two halves, and peel the peppers from seeds and divide into four slices. Put the vegetables on a baking sheet, skin side up, heat the oven to 170-180 degrees. Bake for 25-30 minutes. The peel of the peppers will burn during this time and will be well removed.
Step 2
After removing the vegetable slices from the oven, cool them, then remove the skin. Prepare a blender, put peppers, tomatoes, peeled garlic and olive oil in a container. Pour in some drinking water as well. Process food until smooth. Get a nice, vibrant, peppery mass.
Step 3
Add almonds gradually to the resulting composition. Continue to grind, watch the consistency of the product. Add water or almonds as needed.
Step 4
Put the finished pepper paste in a jar, cover tightly with a lid. In the refrigerator, such a paste can be stored for several days.
