Stewed fish with vegetables is a very tasty and light dish for your body. Any fish is suitable for stewing: hake, mackerel, halibut, pink salmon, etc.
It is necessary
- - 800 g fish fillet;
- - 2 tbsp. l. odorless vegetable oil;
- - flour for rolling fish;
- - 50 g butter;
- - 200 g onions;
- - 150 g of carrots;
- - 300 g of tomato;
- - 200 g of hard cheese;
- - 200 g sour cream;
- - Bay leaf;
- - a mixture of ground (black, gray, red, white);
- - salt to taste;
- - greens of dill and parsley.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to rinse the fish fillet in cold water, cut it into portions and pat dry with a paper towel. Season each piece with salt, pepper and leave for a while.
Step 2
Peel vegetables, wash and cut into rings.
Step 3
Then fry the fish over high heat until golden brown.
Step 4
In a frying pan, fry the onions in butter, then add the carrots. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Place the fish in a stewing container. Put carrots and onions on the fish. Put tomatoes cut into rings on top. Pour sour cream. Cover everything with cheese grated on a coarse grater. Simmer for 1 hour. Decorate the finished dish with herbs.
