Step 1
Pour water into a saucepan and put it on fire. Put the almonds in boiling water and keep it in it for 3 minutes. After the time has passed, transfer it to a colander, rinse with cold water. All this is needed to make the skin of the almonds easier to remove.
Step 2
The peeled almonds must be ground into flour using a food processor.
Step 3
Pour the gelatin into a separate bowl and fill it with a little warm water. Leave it in this state until it swells.
Step 4
Pour milk into a saucepan. Combine it with powdered sugar and ground almonds. Put the mixture on fire, boil, then let cool for 10 minutes. Thus, almond milk is obtained.
Step 5
Strain the almond milk through a sieve. Add gelatin to it, then mix thoroughly. Distribute the resulting mixture into molds and refrigerate for 2 hours to harden. Almond blancmange is ready!
