Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the dough with the addition of cottage cheese. To do this, melt the butter, mix it with cottage cheese, sugar, flour and baking powder. Place the dough in a greased baking dish, shape the sides, and refrigerate while you are filling.
Step 2
Filling: Whisk the cottage cheese with plain and vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and eggs until smooth. Add the starch and whisk again. Peel the apples, cut into small cubes. Gently whisk the apples into the curd filling.
Step 3
Take the dough out of the refrigerator, put the filling on top, flatten and place in the oven, heated to 170 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes, during this time you will definitely have time to prepare the top layer for the cake.
Step 4
Top layer: Chop the almonds in a food processor or chop with a sharp knife. Chop the oatmeal, mix with almonds, add brown sugar and butter at room temperature. Mix everything well - the cake layer is ready.
Step 5
Remove the base for the cake, lay out the top layer and put in the oven for another half hour. Then take out the vanilla apple-curd pie, cool it and refrigerate it. You can put the pie in the cold for the whole night, and serve it with a cup of coffee in the morning.
