It is necessary

  • - 1 teaspoon baking powder;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 125 g sugar;
  • - a pinch of salt;
  • - 250 g butter;
  • For filling:
  • - 125 ml of water;
  • - 250 g of sugar;
  • - 2 kg of rhubarb, 1 kg of apples;
  • - 0.5 teaspoon of coriander;
  • - 0.5 teaspoon of cinnamon (ground);
  • - 1 tablespoon of bread crumbs;
  • To fill:
  • - 4 tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 2 sachets of cake filling (red);
  • For vanilla cream:
  • - 75 g of sugar;
  • - 250 ml cream;
  • - 0.5 liters of milk;
  • - 4 plates of gelatin;
  • - 1, 5 bags of powder (vanilla pudding);

Instructions

Step 1

Make a dough. Beat the softened butter with a mixer, add sugar, salt, add an egg. Mix flour with baking powder and combine with butter. After giving the dough the shape of a ball, wrap it in foil and put it in a cool place for 1 hour.

Step 2

Wash the rhubarb, cut off the ends of the stems, remove the fibers. Cut the rhubarb into 2 cm pieces. Cut the apples into quarters, peel, core and slice.

Step 3

Toss cooked fruit in a bowl with sugar, coriander and cinnamon. Add water and cook, covered, for 5 minutes. Strain the fruit through a sieve, keeping the liquid in a separate container.

Step 4

Grease a baking sheet with oil. Roll the dough into a layer on a floured work surface, sprinkle a little flour on the dough, place on a baking sheet. Pierce in several places with a fork. Cover the open part of the baking sheet with double-folded strips of aluminum foil.

Step 5

Bake the crust in an oven preheated to 225 ° C for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place the fruit on top of the crust. Place the cake in the oven again for 30 minutes. Then let cool.

Step 6

In the liquid drained from the fruit, add water to 0.5 liters and prepare the cake filling according to the recipe on the package, add sugar. Spread the pouring evenly over the fruit and let it harden.

Step 7

Make vanilla cream. Dissolve the gelatin in cold water, let it swell for 10 minutes. Toss with 6 tablespoons milk, pudding powder and sugar. Boil the remaining milk and add to the mixture, let it boil again and cool while stirring.

Step 8

Whisk the cream into a stiff froth. Squeeze the gelatin and melt it over low heat, stirring constantly. Add 2 tablespoons of whipped cream, stir, then stir in the rest of the cream.

Step 9

Combine whipped cream with vanilla pudding. Place the cream in a piping bag with a star attachment and decorate the cake with a grid. Cut the pie into pieces and serve.
