It is necessary

  • - 2 kg of carp
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of gelatin
  • - 3 pods of sweet green pepper
  • - egg
  • - 1 head of onion
  • - dried or fresh paprika
  • - salt

Instructions

Step 1

Divide each carp into fillets, leaving the skin, and carefully remove the bones and spine. Cut the fish into small pieces.

Step 2

Cook the broth from the carp heads, adding chopped onions, paprika and a little salt. Once the mixture is ready, put the carp pieces in it and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3

Put the carp fillet on a separate plate and strain the broth. Dissolve the gelatin in the fish broth and pour over the carp meat. In a beautiful composition, arrange on a platter an egg, cut into rings, strips of sweet green pepper, tomato wedges and parsley.

Step 4

You can add jellied lemon slices or carrot flowers. Place the dish in the refrigerator and serve when it acquires the consistency of jellied meat.
