It is necessary

Instructions
Step 1
Pour yeast into kefir, leave to rise in a warm place. Grind the butter, flour and starch into an oily crumb. Add yolk, salt, vanillin.

Combine the dissolved yeast with the flour mass. Knead the dough. After rolling the dough into a ball, place in the refrigerator for an hour.
Step 3
Roll out the chilled dough into a layer 0.5 cm thick. Cut out circles with a glass, then make holes in half of the blanks with a mold of smaller diameter.

Bake the pieces in the oven. Collect the cookies by gluing the circles together with thick jam (jam).
