Apples are widespread and inexpensive fruits. They can be eaten separately from other products, or various desserts can be made based on them. One of the options for a simple and quick sweet tea dish is baked apples with various additives.

- For the nut-fruit filling:
- 3 tbsp nuts;
- 3 tbsp each white and black raisins;
- 100 g dates;
- 3 tbsp honey;
- a pinch of cinnamon.
- For the curd filling:
- 150 g of cottage cheese;
- 2 tbsp sour cream;
- 2 tbsp Sahara;
- 1-2 peaches;
- a pinch of vanillin.

Step 1
Choose suitable apples for baking. Green varieties are best suited - dense, juicy fruits with a sour taste. Loose apples can lose their shape when baked. The fruit for baking should be evenly ripe, without wormholes and dark spots.

Wash the selected fruits thoroughly. If you bought them in a store or at the market, and did not pick them in your own garden, use a brush when washing - such apples can be coated with special compounds to give them a presentation. Then dry the fruits and with a sharp knife cut out the hard core with the seeds.
Step 3
Prepare the filling for the apples. It can be very diverse. For the fruit and nut filling, soak the mixture of white and black raisins in water for half an hour. Place in a food processor. Pour peeled nuts into it - walnuts, cashews or almonds. For a richer flavor, they can be pre-fried in a pan or oven. Add pitted dates. Grind the nut-fruit mixture and add some ground cinnamon to it.

An alternative filling can be cottage cheese. Take fresh granular cottage cheese, mash it with sour cream and sugar until a paste. If it's too dry, add some milk or cream. Chop the peaches finely and mix with the resulting curd mass. Additionally, you can add vanillin to it at the tip of a knife.

Grease a baking sheet with a little vegetable oil. Place apples on top of it and then fill them with raisins and nuts filling. To prevent the skin from burning, the fruit can be wrapped in foil, leaving a hole on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes, until the apples are soft. Do not add the curd filling immediately. First, cook the fruit for 15 minutes, and then put the cottage cheese in them and bring it to readiness. Instead of the oven, the fruits can be baked in the microwave, but no more than 10 minutes and without foil.
