Grilled dough cooks very quickly, it takes some getting used to. For example, cook pancakes in a frying pan on the top wire rack. Set the temperature to 235 degrees. Turn the fan on at high speed. Cooking time is 6 minutes. Bake the pies on the top or bottom wire rack for 15 minutes at the same temperature.
