Instructions

Step 1

Linden blossom is harvested during the active flowering period of the tree (from mid-June to mid-July). You should choose only healthy inflorescences, without "rust" and damage. The harvested flowers are dried in the shade, you can use an oven preheated to 40-45 degrees. Dry linden blossom is stored in paper or linen bags, terracotta containers made of unbaked clay. Plastic and glass dishes are not suitable for this, in which pollen quickly loses its healing properties.

Step 2

For colds, bronchitis, sore throat, take a tablespoon of lime blossom, pour a glass of boiling water, put on fire and boil for 10 minutes. Then strain the broth. Such a linden broth has an expectorant, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effect, it should be drunk 2-3 glasses at night.

Step 3

Linden tea of golden color with a slightly astringent taste, it practically has no contraindications and is indispensable for colds, high fever, bronchitis and sore throat, as well as for poisoning and digestive problems. To make linden tea, place dried flowers in an earthenware or ceramic teapot. Pour hot water at about 90 degrees (in proportion: one tablespoon of lime blossom to a glass of water). Close the lid tightly, wrap with a towel and leave to infuse for 15-20 minutes. Linden tea is drunk with honey and sugar, or you can add it to regular tea.

Step 4

For insomnia, to relieve stress, linden blossom baths are recommended. To do this: take 100 g of linden blossom and pour 2 liters of cold water. Let it brew for 10 minutes. Then put on fire and boil for 5 minutes. Remove the broth from the heat, leave for 10 minutes more. Strain through several layers of gauze and pour into a warm bath (water temperature should not exceed 37 degrees). Such baths should be taken for 15-20 minutes once a week.
