    • pork with lard - 300 g;
    • potatoes - 5 pcs;
    • carrots - 1 pc;
    • onions - 2 pcs;
    • rhubarb - 3 petioles;
    • shoots of young nettle - 1 handful;
    • sorrel - 1 handful;
    • dill greens;
    • parsley;
    • sunflower oil;
    • salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour two liters of water into a saucepan and put it on fire. Remove a piece of meat from the freezer in advance, put it on a plate and let it thaw a little, but no more than ten to fifteen minutes. Let it come off slightly, then it will be easier for you to chop it. Then cut the meat into small cubes and fry in sunflower oil until crisp. Salt. Dip the fried meat in a saucepan of boiling water.

While the meat is cooking, prepare the rest of the ingredients needed for the soup. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes about the same size as the meat. As soon as you are done with this case, immediately put it in the broth.

Now cook the nettles. Before you start cutting, steam it with boiling water and leave it that way for two to three minutes. Then drain the hot water and rinse the nettle under cold water. Scalded nettles will not sting, you will wash away all the dirt and dust from them, and they will turn out to be much softer in soup. After that, chop it finely and send it to the pan. Leave to simmer.

At this time, peel the onions and carrots. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry them in sunflower oil until lightly browned. Release immediately into the pot. Make the fire stronger. After a couple of minutes, pour rhubarb into the soup. Before that, rinse it well and cut it into small rings. Don't forget to add fresh parsley and dill. Now mix everything well and salt the soup to taste. Leave it to simmer over low heat.

After five to seven minutes, the soup will be ready. Give it time to stand, and in fifteen to twenty minutes you can eat it. Pour some red hot chilli powder into a bowl and add fresh sour cream.
