Mushroom soup with pork turns out to be hearty and tasty. Mushrooms go well with meat to create an excellent flavor. The soup can be cooked with both fresh mushrooms and dried ones.

Step 1
Rinse a piece of pork, cut into small cubes. Peel the onion, chop finely. Rinse carrots and celery root, peel, cut into small cubes. Rinse the bell pepper, remove the core and cut the flesh into strips. If you don't like bell peppers, you can do without it. Rinse the tomato, scald with boiling water, remove the skin, cut. Rinse mushrooms and potatoes, peel, cut into cubes.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, fry the pork until golden brown, add carrots, celery root, onions. Add mushrooms, stir, fry together for 3 minutes. Put the tomatoes with bell peppers, simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.

Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan, put on fire, bring to a boil. Put potatoes in water, add fried meat with mushrooms and vegetables. Salt to taste, add spices, mix. Cook the soup until the potatoes are ready, then remove from the stove, let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
Pour the prepared mushroom soup with pork into soup bowls, add a handful of chopped fresh herbs to each bowl. The soup has a unique rich aroma and a beautiful golden broth color.
