Pasta with cheese and butter

The simplest but delicious option is freshly brewed pasta served with olive oil, herbs and cheese. Any pasta, preferably made from durum wheat, is suitable for cooking.

You will need:

- 500 g of pasta;

- 100 g of parmesan;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- a bunch of greens;

- olive oil for frying;

- salt;

- freshly ground black pepper.

Boil the pasta until tender in salted water. Throw it in a colander, let the water drain. Grate the Parmesan, crush the garlic in a mortar or chop very finely and then fry in hot olive oil. Chop the parsley and add to the garlic.

Put the pasta in a skillet with garlic oil, salt and pepper. Stir constantly, keep them on fire for 3 minutes. Then place the pasta on warmed plates and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Onion pasta

This dish is suitable for vegetarians. Spicy herbs and onions give it a delicate taste, and ripe tomatoes add satiety.

You will need:

- 500 g of pasta;

- 2 red onions;

- fresh basil and oregano;

- 2 large tomatoes;

- wine vinegar;

- salt;

- freshly ground black pepper.

Cut the onion into thin rings. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, remove the skin, chop the pulp. Saute the onions in hot olive oil, add tomatoes, dried basil and oregano. Pour in some wine vinegar, stir and cook until the sauce thickens.

Boil pasta in salted water, discard in a colander. When the water has drained, add the pasta to the onion sauce, close the lid and let the dish stand for a few minutes.

Pasta with cheese and nut sauce

- 1 glass of non-fat cream;

- 100 g of parmesan;
