Spaghetti with sauce is a traditional Italian dish. Spaghetti is easy to cook, but adding a delicious sauce to it makes for a delicious dish. We will show you how to make spaghetti bologna sauce - a sauce made from meat and tomatoes.

- 450 g ground beef;
- 75 g bacon;
- 2 onions;
- 225 g canned tomatoes;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of tomato puree;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- Pinch of basil;
- Salt and pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and chop the garlic. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the crust off the bacon and cut it into small pieces. Take a large skillet and heat the oil in it. Saute the onion and garlic lightly until tender. Add bacon and then minced meat. Use a fork to loosen the minced meat and spread it evenly over the pan. Cook until all the minced meat is brown. Stir and turn the minced meat for an even browning.
Step 2
Add canned tomatoes, tomato puree, basil, salt and pepper to the mixture. Mix everything well. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes. The sauce is ready.
Pour the cooked spaghetti with Bolognese sauce, stir. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the spaghetti. Serve with a green salad.
