  • - a kilogram of potatoes;
  • - 1 carrot;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 1 tomato;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of potato seasoning;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil;
  • - greens;
  • - garlic.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the potatoes, peel and cut. You can cut in any way you want, except for one - straws. If you cut the potatoes for this dish into strips, then there will be a very high probability that during the cooking process it will turn into porridge. This is not our goal.

Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Wash the carrots too, peel them and cut into long cubes. It doesn’t matter, but it will be more beautiful.

Rub the tomato using a coarse or fine grater and add to the potatoes. Why are we doing this? It will make the dish more juicy and compensate for the amount of vegetable oil.

Step 4

Put everything you did in a bowl. Add your favorite seasoning. If the seasoning contains salt, then the dish itself does not need to be salted. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil per kilogram of potatoes. Mix everything.

Step 5

Pack everything in a special baking sleeve, which is placed in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about an hour and a half. Everyone should determine this time independently, based on the power of the oven and other factors.

Step 6

As soon as this time has passed and the potatoes are ready, remove them from the oven. Finely chop the herbs with garlic, add them to our dish. Cover it with cling film and leave for 5 minutes - let the fried potatoes soak in the flavors.
