- 500 g skinless turkey breast;
- 1 medium tomato;
- 1 large onion;
- 2 cloves of garlic;

Let's start by preparing the vegetables. Peel and chop the onion into a medium cube. Cut the tomatoes crosswise and pour boiling water for a couple of minutes. Then we rinse with cold water and peel. Chop coarsely.
Step 2
Chop the turkey fillet into rather large pieces. Place the poultry in a baking dish, mix with vegetables. Add finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Add broth.
Step 3
