- - dried apricots 4 pcs;
- - 4 prunes;
- - spinach 5 leaves;
- - garlic 1 tooth;
- - gelatin 3 gr;
- - parsley 1 sprig;
- - thyme 1 sprig;
- - lettuce leaves;
- - vegetable oil 2 tbsp;
- - salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the turkey fillet well. Soak gelatin in cold water. Rinse the spinach, dried apricots and prunes and pat dry with a paper towel.
Step 2
Rinse the parsley and chop finely. Place the turkey fillet on plastic wrap, season with salt and pepper and add the parsley. Then put gelatin on the fillet, and spread the prunes and dried apricots on top. Roll the cooked fillet into a roll and secure with toothpicks.
Step 3
Pass a clove of garlic through a crusher and brush over a roll. Place the roll on a greased baking sheet and place a sprig of thyme on top.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Bake the roll for 15-20 minutes. When the roll has cooled, remove the cling film and thyme. Cut into portions and place over lettuce leaves.
