It is necessary

  • • ½ kg of turkey breast;
  • • 150 g sweet pepper (both canned and fresh can be used);
  • • ½ teaspoon of salt;
  • • 300 g of hard cheese;
  • • 80 g of fresh herbs;
  • • ground black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

First, you need to prepare the meat. It must be washed and cut in such a way that the end result is a layer about 1 centimeter thick.

Step 2

After that, the resulting layer should be well beaten off with a special hammer. It should become sufficiently soft and elastic, and it should have the same thickness along its entire length. Then the resulting layer must be rubbed abundantly with salt, as well as black ground pepper.

Step 3

Remove the stem, testis and all seeds from previously washed fresh sweet peppers. Then it must be dipped in boiling water for a couple of minutes. When the vegetable has cooled down a little, the skin should be removed from it. The peel must also be removed from canned peppers. After that, the vegetable needs to be cut into not very large slices.

Step 4

On the layer of meat, you need to lay the prepared bell pepper in an even layer. Hard cheese with a knife should be cut into not very large cubes. Spread it evenly over a layer of crushed bell peppers.

Step 5

Next, you need to prepare fresh herbs. It must be thoroughly rinsed in running water, wait until the excess liquid drains, and then finely cut with a sharp knife. Sprinkle with chopped herbs on a layer consisting of cheese.

Step 6

Very gently roll the turkey meat into a roll and place on plastic wrap. Wrap the meatloaf very tightly in this foil, making 5 or 6 layers. Then the ends of the film, remaining from the sides of the roll, need to be tied very tightly with a strong rope.

Step 7

Prepared turkey roll should be placed in boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer the roll for about 2 hours.

Step 8

After the finished roll has cooled down a little, it must be put on the refrigerator shelf for at least 3 hours. Then you can remove the film and cut the roll into portions.
