Step 1

First, prepare the sauce in which the idea will be baked. Finely chop 1 head of onion, squeeze out the garlic, mix. Then take a lemon, cut it across into two equal parts. Squeeze both halves into the onion and garlic mixture. Salt, pepper, add half a teaspoon of sugar. Mash the bay leaf and pour the resulting crumb into it. Mix well.

Step 2

The turkey is a fairly large bird, even if you are going to cook drumsticks or thighs, you still have to chop them into smaller pieces so that each weighs about 100-150 grams. After this procedure is completed, you need to carefully coat the parts with onion and garlic sauce. Then the meat must be folded into a glass dish and placed in a cold place for at least 4 hours. This is to ensure that the turkey meat is properly marinated before cooking.

While the idea is absorbing the fragrant marinade, you need to prepare all the ingredients needed for frying. Chop the parsley, dill and two onions finely. Peel 3 pods of sweet bell pepper from seeds, cut lengthwise, and then each half into square pieces with a side of 1-1, 5 cm.

Heat a large skillet, pour some sunflower oil on the bottom. Remove the turkey from the refrigerator and place in a skillet. Fry on all sides until golden brown. Then pour in tomato juice, add onions and herbs. Close the lid and simmer over low heat until the meat is done. Make sure that the water does not boil off completely. The idea must be kept on the stove for at least one and a half hours. Only then will it turn out tender and juicy.

Step 5

Add butter and bell peppers to the turkey 30 minutes before cooking. Add some boiled water. When soft, add flour. Please note that the flour must be poured gradually, little by little, so that it does not take in lumps. Continue stirring with your other hand. Boil for 7-10 minutes and remove from heat.
