Instructions
Step 1
Prepare chicken, rinse under running water. Peel the vegetables, cut into strips.

Pour salt water into a saucepan, fold the chicken along with the roots. Bring to a boil, turn down the heat and cook the chicken until tender. We check the readiness with a fork: if the fork easily pierces the meat, then the chicken is ready.
Step 3
Take out the boiled chicken, set aside. Strain the broth through a sieve. Divide the chicken into portions.
Step 4
Heat a frying pan, fry the flour without adding oil until golden brown. Then gradually pour the broth into the flour in a trickle, stirring constantly. The consistency of the sauce should resemble thick sour cream. Boil the sauce with constant stirring for 10 minutes, then add salt, pour in lemon juice and add curry. Boil for 5 minutes. and pour in the cream and the sliced pineapple pieces.
Step 5
Put the chicken pieces in a deep dish and pour over the sauce. Serve boiled rice as a side dish. Sprinkle with herbs when serving.
